We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Flexo Printing Press Operators – Full Time – All Shifts
Position requires sound knowledge of web press operations, plate mounting, converting, inks and process color management. High school diploma, FTA Basic Flexographer certified or equivalent experience required. Mechanical aptitude with additional machine operator experience helpful. Experience with UV inks and film substrate helpful. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. routinely, have proficient math skills, and pass a test for color blindness. Starting Wage: $12-20 based on qualifications.
Flexo Press Assistant/Operator Apprentice - Full Time - All Shifts
Will assist the press operator by setting up and cleaning up print jobs. Looking for someone who works well in a team environment and can multi-task efficiently. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, have proficient math skills and will need to pass a color test to be considered for potential advancement opportunities. Self motivation and good attendance required. Starting Wage: $9.50
Inventory Control
Responsibilities will include managing physical inventories as well as analyzing discrepancies. Accounting knowledge and strong time management skills essential. Previous inventory experience is a must. Computer skills with Microsoft Excel proficiency required. Must have good communication skills and be able to work with limited supervision. Wages based on experience.
Offset Sheet-Fed Printing Press Operators – Full Time – All Shifts
Position requires sound knowledge of sheet fed press operations, plate mounting, converting, ink / water balance and process color management. High school diploma, GATF certification / training or equivalent experience required. Mechanical aptitude with additional machine operator experience helpful. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. routinely and pass a test for color blindness. Competitive compensation package and advancement opportunities.
Standard Shift Differential $.35 for 2nd shift, $.50 for 3rd shift with 3 potential increase opportunities within first year of employment.
